Commercials are the skill of the production house. Does the brand stand upto it's promise? No. My wife owns a Micromax & I bear the brunt of getting it repaired. All that happened was, it fell from the sofa. more than 2 weeks & their service centre doesn't take our call. Has he closed down? No one at Micromax seems to be committed to after sales service. Like this, the brand will not be able to sustain. My posts on their FB page not only go unnoticed, they are also deleted!! That is the commitment the brand has!

Thats why Micromax phone are much cheaper in comparison to Nokia. After Sale Service is not included in base price as by Nokia.
